GREAT location, only a short walk into the city centre

It was clean but there was an empty vape liquid bottle in the bedside table drawer - just a little detail that should’ve been checked

Location was excellent, a short walk to the centre of town, on a quiet cul de sac with parking. Good information from property owners.

If the key safe had worked correctly, this was a good way of collecting the keys. Key safe had to be replaced!

There was hardly any cooking equipment in the cottage, none of the bathroom over mirror lights worked, none of the outside lights worked, some of the windows did not open, the bathroom radiators did not work, there is dangerous brickwork by the front gate, no inventory of equipment, no ovenware, only a few glasses, backdoor lock did not working properly. The list goes on! When we first arrived, the cottage had not been cleaned after the previous occupier had left. This was quickly rectified. The property lacks TLC, all it needs is for the managing company to pay attention to details. They did react to my concerns, but there is absolutely no proactive approach to managing the property, hoping to get away with what they can. We stay away a lot in rented holiday homes, and this was probably the worst example. Poorly managed and poorly equipped, and worst of all, it has so much potential.
