"Exceptional"

The extra toilet in the utility room on the ground floor was a big bonus. The size of the cottage. The big tv. Storage space. WiFi and heating was brilliant (it was very cold in York) loved the location.

The full bins . But we understand every council is different.

The location is great, not far from train station (we came by train). Cleanness of the cottage was great. My sister came by car and parking was provided. Awesome. The beds very comfortable. Loved it.

One of toilets didn't have toilet paper but this was really minor thing.

So close to town within 10 minutes. The cottage was amazing 10/10 for cleanliness. The curtain pole in the living room was hanging off on one side. 2nd bed was very small, double me and my husband, so like sardines. Everything else was perfect Highly recommend 👌 👍

Excellent location, close to town centre, the Minster, museums etc. and to lovely riverside walks. Good sized rooms with high ceilings.

The shower in the front bedroom didn’t get quite hot enough and had low pressure.

Great location and lovely accommodation.

kitchen utensils were totally usable but could do with an upgrade. Shower could be hotter.
