Clean. Lots of space. Free parking

The sofas were so comfy, as were the beds, which made for a really relaxing space to wind down after sightseeing around York. The proximity to the centre of York was another bonus, we didn’t have to drive anywhere as could walk to most places within 5 to 10 minutes.

Fantastic location. It took us about 10 minutes walk to get into the centre of York. Loads to do, we enjoyed the York Cat Trail and the River Boat Cruise. Great holiday cottage, comfortable beds, great lounge and kitchen/ dining area. Parking was not a problem at all as we found a space in the road right outside. No need to use your car whilst you are there as everything is so near.

Outside area at back or the front could have been utilized more to create a sitting area. The back area houses the bins and some shelves, which aren't being used. Maybe put the bins in the shed and put a small bistro table and chairs.

The property was close to the centre of York.

The property was spacious but is in need of some serious refurbishment. The outside of the premises required upgrading. Not a comfortable property.
