Lovely detached house in a really lovely area of york. Very quiet and peaceful. Good parking. Really well presented house and tastefully decorated. Modern kitchen was really lovely with everything you could need. Modern bathroom with excellent shower. Bedrooms really neat and tidy, great decor and comfy beds.

"What an absolute hidden York Gem"

Absolutely beautiful house, great location and everything we needed for a perfect stay. Really nice decor throughout very clean and lots of space. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be returning. The facilities where perfect shower was amazing, garden spacious, quiet friendly neighbourhood. Off street parking was a bonus and only a 6 minute drive to Aldi for a food shop when we got there. Honestly one of the best stays I have had. Beds comfortable pillows amazing and honestly a very pleasant stay.

Lovely space, clean and tidy on arrival. Parking on our drive was very handy. Great location very close to park and ride, supermarket and restaurants.

Stayed as a family of 5 including a baby - travel cot and high chair available. Easily accessible, no issues with locating property or gaining access. Book with information on site, number to contact if needed however we did not. Kitchen with microwave, kettle, oven and fridge/freezer. Easy to work heating. 15-20 minute gentle walk down into York centre. Local shop 2 minute walk along side fish and chip shop, 0.5 mile to large Aldi. Clean and comfortable.

Difficulty in getting hot water in kitchen sink so boiled kettle, but no issues with shower water being warm, really did not affect our stay!

Location. Instructions to access house very comprehensive and guidance notes were helpful. Close to other family members in York. Easy walking distance (25 minutes) into York centre. Appropriate size for family group of 5. All essential kitchen amenities and utensils available. Onsite parking. Heating was good. Shower facilities were very good.

One of the beds was very very firm, hence broken sleep for duration of stay. Cooker was hard to regulate and slow to get to temperature required.
