Garden flat near the University of York

The annex had everything you need for a short stay all very comfortable and very clean. Having a kitchen area was an added bonus. Great shower !!!

Brilliantly designed property with everything you need. Small but decent size. Be aware this is in someone’s back garden so you might want to put the blinds down to get the feeling of privacy but it is a nice comfy place to stay for the night and the owner is a delight. So friendly and helpful

Slightly odd smell in the flat which I couldn’t work out where it came from.

The flat was perfect for my 5 days in York for a conference at the University. Beyond a very comfortable bed and good shower, I could make food and enjoy it in comfort and (excellent benefit) do laundry to be prepared for my onward journey. The hosts were gracious and helpful in all ways.

The location was easy to get to and from to go arround a lot of stuff nearby. The flat had cooking amenities so meant we did not have to rely on eating out.

Nothing springs to mind

Lovely location, spotlessly clean, good facilities, great bus service into town just round the corner.
