Garden flat near the University of York

The place is lovely, cosy, warm and quiet. The furniture is modern and there is all you can need for your stay. Comfortable bed. Lovely garden and parking space. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Excellent position to reach the Uni campus and less than minutes to city centre by car.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We found it to be very accommodating.We were allowed a very late checkout at 7pm as my son had an interview with no additional charge. It also was highlighted to us the fact that we couldn’t park on the road and allowed us to park in the driveway to avoid getting a £60 fine. The studio itself was very clean and maintained to a high standard with everything we needed available. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others.

We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and were caring enough to leave the front light so that we can find the house. The place was very comfortable and well suited for a couple staying in York and is very accessible in terms of stores to buy food and transport to and around the area

Great place to stay and so nicely done

A fabulous little place to stay. Very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The location is very handy, nice and quiet with secure off road parking, and only a short bus ride into York. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond by giving us a lift to the nearest shop to pick up some last minute supplies. Highly recommended.
