"Perfect stay for visit to York."

The location was brilliant, communications were faultless. Upon arrival, we found the flat ready for us. It has everything you could require for a trip. Access was easy. Bed was comfortable. If you do choose to walk into york, please note that it is somewhere around 20 minutes. However there are frequent bus services running a few minutes from the property. All round definitely somewhere that we would recommend.

"Fabulous."

The host was very friendly, informative, welcoming and generous. We would love to stay again as it’s in the perfect area for our needs. The place was cozy and relaxing with a very comfortable bed.

Could do with a coffee table and lamp in the lounge. Those would be our only changes.

"Nice, small and clean house in good location."

It is a confortable little house in the back of the main house. It is clean and just right for up to 2 people. You can walk 15 minutes to 2 different pubs and a grocery store. the university of York is also 15 miutes away.

All good, no complaints.
