Waverley

Cosy clean cottage in a fantastic location.

We had a lovely few days at Waverley. Mary was very welcoming, the house was warm and comfortable (very appreciated with the winter weather) and a great base for exploring York.

I liked everything about the property, The beds were very comfortable. Mary the owner of the property made made us lovely cakes and there was fresh milk in the fridge for us. And the location was fantastic and Mary the owner and her husband were very helpful.

Lovely little terraced house in a very quiet street within a stone's throw of the city centre and York Minster. Mary, the owner was very amenable, showed us round the house on arrival and even left us some little cakes to enjoy!

L'appartamento si trova in un edificio tipico, è dotato di tutti i comfort ed è veramente a due passi dal centro. La zona è tranquillissima. È possibile parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente davanti alla casa.

La pulizia avrebbe potuto essere un po' più accurata.

Perfect location, central but peaceful. A comfortable place to stay with real character. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing we didn’t like but NB very narrow road access may be impassible for bigger vehicles.

Locatie was geweldig. Op loopafstand van het centrum. We hebben de auto geparkeerd en hem niet meer gebruikt. Verder een erg stille buurt dus lekker rustig.

De accommodatie stond nogal vol met prullaria en was nogal vintage en typisch Engels te noemen wat ook wel weer zijn charme heeft als je er van houdt.

Property was a perfect location. Just out side of one of the gate ways in to the city

The location was brilliant, great to get into the town to see everything and go onto the river. We couldn't have asked for more. The property was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed while we were there
