Lovely little last minute find. Hosts are a lovely couple, who go above and beyond for their guests. Lovely caravan and jacuzzi is just the best to the end of the day in a lush tranquil spot

The grounds in where it is situated are beautiful. And the hostess were very friendly and helpful we couldn't have asked for anything more. It was very clean and tidy nice and private too excellent facilities. Lovely bars and country pubs just a stones throw away. And if you like nature it's teaming with wildlife. Absolutely loved it.

The hot tub area was nice and private and nice and big . The lake setting was lovely

It was very close to the nearest road so traffic was extremely loud granted it wasn’t a main road but still was a bit disturbing

Amazing little break away on the outskirts of York, only about 20-25 minutes away from York centre. The facilities were clean, tidy and pleasant and the hot tub made our stay.
