The house exceeded are expectations and looked even better than the photos! Very spacious, modern and absolutely immaculately clean. John the host was fantastic. Directed and met us at the property and was very welcoming and informative. We would definitely recommend the place and would stay again.

Very quiet, great location, John the owner was very friendly and helpful. Amazing house. Secure, gated community. Minster literally 10 minutes walk. Minster Inn around the corner handy for a drink and food.

Blind to ensuite window is needed as you can see shadows if you are outside looking in and the light is on.

"Nicest property I've stayed in"

Got to be the nicest place I've stayed in. Very well equipped, very convenient for York's city centre attractions

Quite difficult to find but the owner came to the rescue and once you see where it is you wonder how you missed it. Parking is gated and secure but only space for one car although a large carpark nearby

Just 5 minutes away from all shops and restaurants . The lodge was tucked away in a very quiet location it was just simply lovely. Abigail was extremely helpful and is certainly an asset to you. She was really nice.

Some nice garden furniture would finish off the lovely terrace /paved area.

"Incredible home, great location, super host, book because you won’t regret it!"

Amazing property in a beautiful part of the city. Stunning walled garden, which was beautiful at night time with the twinkly lights. Stayed here the night before and of our wedding and it felt incredibly special, nice little touches, we honestly didn’t want to leave. Cannot recommend this property enough!!

Fantastic property with every possible amenity. Good free wi-fi and TV channels. Lovely garden space and secure gated community. Literally a 5 minute walk to York Minster across the beautiful Museum Gardens.

Cannot think of anything we didn’t like: everything was perfect.
