"Brilliant stay in a perfect location."

John met us when we arrived to hand over the keys and give us a tout, which we thought was brilliant. The location was excellent. Right next to the museum gardens and about 10 minutes walking from everything in York. We hardly took the car out which was safe in the secured car park. Of an evening we liked sitting in the garden listening to the bells ring. We visited thr Railway Museum, Bettys abd did a river cruise, Fountains Abbey and Rievaulx Abbey, The Treasurers House, The Castle Museum and The Minster. Only downside was it was far to hot to do the sightseeing bus or walk the city walls. Just means we have to come back! Perfect holiday.

Beautiful property, spacious, beautifully presented. lovely courtyard to enjoy the sunny weather. Had all the facilities needed such as tea, coffee, towels, toiletries. Was really well located for central York. John (owner) answered messages and calls promptly (we could not find the property initially) he met us at the property, showed us around and suggested places that we may have wanted to visit which was really helpful. Property is in a secure complex and we felt safe during our stay. would definitely stay again and recommend to others

A very well appointed good sized property within a quiet residential area with a secure parking area & just a couple of minutes walk from the city walls. Great internal space with a nice walled garden area at the rear.

"Perfect property for a perfect holiday!!"

Modern, clean property with a family friendly layout. Had all the necessities one could possibly ask for. Perfect quiet location within walking distance of the Hop-on-hop-off bus and many main attractions. A local Sainsbury’s just round the corner.

There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this property.
