Excellent location, very clean, nice modern decor. No fuss access with lock box on exterior of property.

A bit noisy at night on a weekend but this was to be expected given the location so more than made up for in that respect. earplugs provided blocked out all the noise.

"Great, comfortable house in the centre of York."

Very central and located close to nice pubs and restaurants.

Great location in the heart of the city centre, every bedroom had an ensuite and tv. Spacious cosy property, the lounge even had a Christmas tree which we thought was a beautiful touch. Truly can’t fault our stay.

Communication with property management Co. They dealt with issues quickly but these issues could have been avoided . Great location , clean

Freezing on arrival . Eventually warm after 2nd night. No fuel for stove . ( supplied on request) Heating totally inadequate for cold weather. Tired appearance, curtain hanging off hooks , wobbly fittings . Showers either too hot or too cold Despite giving written personal feedback no acknowledgement of this .
