Patrick's Pool- 4 Bedroom,4 Bathroom, Most Central Luxury Townhouse!

Location was perfect!

Was a rather warm building and although there was a fan for some rooms they were poor quality.

Location is excellent for exploring York

There is a carpet /rug in sitting room which is dangerous needs to be stuck down

Has everything for a large group. Really lovely property in a perfect area.

The bathrooms and shared areas feel a little tired and the cleaning is acceptable.

Great location during the day - right in the middle of the town centre, less than 100m from The Shambles. Great views, including the Minster from one of the top windows. Clean and well presented.

Dreadful location at night. Less than 100m from a nightclub. Very noisy - until 3am. Very thin curtains - let lots of light in, so very difficult to sleep, especially as we had just arrived from Australia. Peculiar location of the fridge in the kitchen - opened very close to the top of the stairs

Location and amenities were very good. Communication before arrival was excellent

Chandelier was a little dusty but I am not sure how you would get it down to clean it!!

Location was very good although a bit noisy on a Saturday night. Plenty of room for all 4 of us. Well equiped kitchen. Comfortable and warm lounge area

Front door didn't have a number on it. Arrived to a very cold apartment due to heating problem but quickly rectified by a local plumber. One of the bedroom radiators was leaking profusely so had to be switched off. Two of the showers had issues with the thermostat so couldn't be turned down resulting in not being able to shower for fear of scolding. The bedroom curtains needed to be black out ones as very flimsy and light shone through. Wood for log burner to be used once was provided but no fire starters or kindling. Damages and repairs were reported within 24 hours as requested but acknowledgement wasn't received until 3 days later.

The information given to find accomadation has to be reviewed. we were advised it was a black door. the door is now grey. the directions could be more precise. Next to camera shop is a good pointer. Also there is no number or name on the door. The accomadation was in an ideal spot, central to everywhere. Restuarants, market place, shops and pubs were all close at hand. We went ghost tour this we could recommend.

the central heating kept going off. the stairs were not suitable for anyone with a disability or walking problems.
