The Cloisters

Very comfortable and generally well-equipped. The location was quiet and very close to York city centre. There was a parking space right outside the door. This is an excellent place for a short stay in York.

The internet connection worked well when we arrived but it seemed to become painfully slow after the first day. It said it was connected but we couldn't download emails or do anything. It remained like this for the rest of our stay.

The location was amazing and the house was very well equipped with everything that is required for a short stay. Entry was simple and communication spot on. Very comfortable The hosts provided a welcome pack, teas and coffee and some shortbread. Lovely wee touch We had a teenager and the wifi was faultless

It was a very warm few days and perhaps a fan or 2 would have been useful although this didnt spoil our break at all.. The bed in the main bedroom was quite hard (I guess thats personal choice)

Loved the location. Home away from home! Comfortable and quiet.

Other things going on in my life meant that I needed to know have the key lock code before two or three days in advance. That seemed more difficult than was conducive to my levels of anxiety.

There was nothing not to like

Very clean, well maintained property. Quiet but only a few minutes walk into the city centre. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by.

Nothing.

Good location. Good transport links. Quiet area, vary close to the town centre Comfy, well equipped accommodation Would recommend to friend Would be happy to stay again

The shower matt needed attention/replacing. Kettle needed de-scouring All the above easily reminded.
