The Cloisters

Location, so close to the City Centre. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. we enjoyed our three nights there, simple parking, right by the back door!! very quite location, easy access walkable to the centre.

Great location and was good that there was dedicated parking

Although the wifi worked very well, the internet was intermitent, and I found I was connected but without internet half of the time

The townhome was comfortable and cozy, very clean, good amenities

Really close to the city, easy to navigate around. Quiet area and clean facilities. Comfortable beds and cosy for us all. Perfect for our break and tired feet. Thoroughly recommended for families. The care package was a nice surprise -.thank you!

Signal for Internet was intermittent during the evenings. Might be an idea to add some playing cards / small games to the cupboard or drawer.

Close to York city centre, very well equipped kitchen and apartment as a whole. The beds were really comfortable too. We loved our stay here, a welcome basket and plenty of supplies for washing clothes and washing up as well everything is thought of. This is a real home away from home.

Comfortable, quiet and well stocked. We had a great stay at the cloisters. Very conveniently located just outside the York city walls, we were a 7 minute walk from the Minster. Grocery and restaurants all nearby. The Cloisters is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and all appliances. The stairs were a bit steep but manageable. People with mobility issues might not be able to navigate. We just used them carefully and we were fine. The place was also very quiet which was appreciated at night. Would definitely stay there again if in York. Thank You!

Coffee maker leaked, but that is a design flaw. I won’t blame the owners.

Perfect in every way. The free car park on the premise was handy. Everything was only a short walk away. The hot shower and plush towels were also a plus. Loved it

Free parking. Allowed us to park earlier than check in. Excellent location close to city walls. Spotless and clean and comfortable. Even a basket of tea, coffee, water and crisps left. Thought of everything. Very pleased.
