the hot tub was at the front of the property, so you were overlooked a little by the neighbours when using it.

"Rocky start, but excellent end."

Modern property with great facilities. Close to York and in a very quite area. Property is spacious and enjoyable. We had couple of issues when we arrived and had to call maintenance. The person who came to sort out the issues was extremely helpful and polite. He is the only reason I am still leaving positive feedback, as he managed to save the day :)

On arrival we have noticed that sofa bed was broken, dining chairs had sharp screws pocking out from the top of the seats and hot tub was too hot. Then the temperature of the hot tub dropped but would not keep warm and got too cold. We stopped for 2 nights and could not use hot tub on the first night. Reported to reception and it got sorted the next day.
