More glasses (not plastic), need an updated welcome pack to include check out details (eg. Pack stated 9am check out but email said 10am)

"spacious lodge on a beautiful site, lovely facilities although bar on site not up to much"

beautiful lodge - extremely spacious and fantastic facilities

hot tub was lovely but was not cleaned during our stay so felt a little grubby after 4 nights of use despite showering before use . Bar was relatively empty but were not flexible in serving food and extremely expensive for what was on offer. definitely exploiting a captive audience .

The lodge was beautiful and very well presented very clean and well equipped x excellent location quite and peaceful and the hot tub was a added bonus x
