"Beautiful home, pleasant stay."

Location, within 10min walk of shops and all the main attractions in York. A very beautiful home, very well equipped, clean, comfy beds, we enjoyed the patio space too. We had a very pleasant stay and look forward to revisiting.

The only negative is the door handle on the very top bedroom (twin room) which was off on the inside, potentially locking occupant inside until someone on the other side could open the door. I am confident however that this will be rectified in due course, given the house is clearly very well maintained.

"Overall an excellent property, clean and comfortable, and in a great location."

Well fitted out, comfy beds and perfect location for the city centre.

Bathroom could do with some shelves or a unit so there is something to put toiletries on.

"A lovely few days in a lovely house - would definitely stay there again"

Fantastic location / lovely house / peaceful / well furnished / clean / parking permit / comfortable beds/ coded front door lock was very useful

Lounge door catch was faulty so door wouldn’t stay shut / heating didn’t really coping in icy conditions/ fan in downstairs toilet was broken and made the hall cold/ Non extractor fan in main bathroom which caused condensation problems/ very small cereal bowls in an otherwise well stocked kitchen
