The Braunston Lodge with Hot Tub

Really lovely lodge, plenty of space & very clean.

The property was great. On site security needs to be stepped up, both nights after midnight there was lots of shouting. All up for having fun, however other lodge users should respect there are others around them. Seemed to be lots of hen parties, not ideal for quiet weekend.

we did like the modern interior of the property

myself and partner had an extremely bad stay which can’t really be put into words, we had very inconsiderate neighbours and had to witness activities in the hot tub we didn’t wish too and luckily we don’t have children that could of seen that. the site staff didn’t care as there is no rules around that other than you have to be in swimwear, which i think is appalling on a family caravan sight. the lodge itself is very picture deceiving. the lodge was extremely filthy and with nobody to contact after 8:00 not only could we not report next doors activities but we also couldn’t ask for our lodge to be cleaned so i did it myself. the cloth was black after i had wiped the kitchen floor and the caravan lacks bare necessities! as a result nothing was done about the couple next door, and the lady in-front of us on check out reported that she had found bed bugs in her bed. once again the receptionist wasn’t interested and told the both of us to write any complaints down in an email. Be weary of this place. especially if you are taking children because if what we have seen going on in the hot tubs is tolerated and allowed then it is not a child friendly place!! not worth the money at all!!

Beautiful lodge within a beautiful setting. Everything was available for a perfect stay. The beds were also very comfy.

Only down side was the flies. On arrival and during our stay there was several dead flies and the owner didn't offer to send a cleaner. We was just told due to the warm lodges it attracts them.

It was clean and comfortable and in beautiful surroundings
