"在民宿內泡湯很舒服，散步去老街也很近，建議跟家人或熟識的朋友來，這樣可以稍微降低民宿內隔音不佳的尷尬。"

1.民宿外有充足的停車空間，可以三台車。 2.民宿內乾淨整潔。 3.民宿位置在老街、金鱗湖旁，都是輕鬆散步可到的距離，停好車後就可以愜意逛湯布院。 4.民宿內有兩間廁所，一層樓空間有三間房間（其中兩間可相通），房間都是和室拉門區隔，隔音不好。洗澡的地方要走到庭院內獨立木屋，有室內湯池及戶外湯池。泡湯相當愜意舒服。湯屋內有充足的毛巾及浴巾。洗髮乳沐浴乳洗面乳身體乳均有供應，洗起來很舒適。 5.食具充足，也有烤箱跟微波爐，非常方便

1.室內三間房間隔音不佳，容易相互影響。 2.洗澡區只有一個，且需走到戶外，入住三家人，稍嫌不足也麻煩。 3.吹風機在湯屋有1，主屋民宿內有1，但風量不太夠。

三世代3家族13人で利用しました。 湯の坪通り・金鱗湖が近く、散策するのに最高でした。 小学生と5歳の子供専用にタオルと歯ブラシも用意してあり、洗面所には子供用の ステップも用意があり細やかな気遣いが嬉しかったです。 利用したのが3月で最低気温1度になる予報でしたが、部屋にエアコン2機の他にファンヒーター等もありとても暖かく過ごせました。 脱衣所にも暖房器具があり寒さを感じる事なく温泉を楽しめました。

大人数で一緒に食事が出来るテーブルと椅子があれば良かったと思います。 ダイニングテーブル4人ソファに3人しか座れずそこは大人数では不便でした。 チェックアウトの時に玄関の鍵が なかなか閉められずコツがいるようで大変でした。
