Audley Lodge with Hot Tub

Lodge was modern and comfortable park was well kept and good location.

The hot tub was very foamy from the first day and murky in colour. We assumed this was because of recent empty and change of water etc. The water went green the next day and foam was really bad. A maintenence worker happened to be near by so we called him over to look. He told us we shouldn't be using it as it was unclean. He emptied the tub and cleaned out filter etc. Refilled and was fine after that. We had been using this with our children also.when we mentioned this in reception nothing more was said. Not the best customer service. Especially when you pay a good amount of money to stay. So unfortunately we would not return.

dog friendly. lovely for a get away, came last year and enjoyed it again and will be back next year.

it needs better dog facilities theres nowhere to walk dogs !!!! Also it shouldnt take 10 days to get damage deposit back i transfered it straight away n paid upfront for stay so realy u should get deposit back straight away but other than that ill recommend Audley lodge to everybody 👍👌🦍

it’s was a nice lodge just certain things were broken

we couldn’t use the hot tub as full of black stuff and hadn’t been checked and would of been nice to use and relax in
