Clear instructions from host to collect keys. The property was very clean and have lots of amenities.

Brilliant location, brilliant little house with everything you need and lovely friendly host. Just a short walk into York. House had loads of lovely little touches, we only stayed 2 nights but you could easily stay for a week, it was very comfortable with parking outside the property which was an added bonus.

Location was excellent, very central everything was convenient. Near to cafe's nd bars. Property was comfy and clean. We would certainly come again. York is a lovely City.

Easy check in even though we arrived early. Car parking avaliable but streets very narrow, and parking is both sides. House very clean and ideal size for a couple, nice touches of milk tea bags coffee biscuits on arriveal. Bed very comfy and bathroom a good size. Towels provided but would have preferred bath sheets, but no big issue. Stayed for 3 nights which was enough to see York. Would stay here again, ten minute walk into town, very quite where the house is located. Thank you Lisa, who was on hand should you need her.

House was in a great location. It was clean and well equipped. Little extras in the house was a nice touch.

The camp bed wasn't ideal, was uncomfortable and noisy.
