Lovely little house, suitable for couples, on street permit parking, great value for money and location, 5 minutes walk into York, comfy sofa and king size bed, clean throughout, nice touches providing milk, tea and coffee and left biscuits and crisps, everything you need for a couple of nights away

Could do with a bit of TLC, loose toilet roll holder, needs a light above the dressing table mirror, very dim trying to put make up on, table under stairs is not ideal, would have to move sofa if you want to pull it out and sit at it therefore breakfast was sitting on the sofa, otherwise it was lovely,, good value for money, would recommend and would definitely stay again

Very well located in beautiful York.

The absence of a sofa bed, which means the extra bedding provided was placed in the main bedroom. The two extra beds were very uncomfortable. I’d recommend replacing the sofa in the living room with a sofa bed to make this place comfortable for a family of 4.

Inviting. Lovely touches made by the host, Lisa. Clean. Ample space for two or a small family. Parking outside the property a bonus. Perfect location for walking into the centre of York. Absolutely cracking place to stay.

Perfect location, parking permit included. Lovely property, very clean and tidy, host very helpful. really impressed with all the little touches to make your stay special, such as the Xmas decorations, chocolate reindeer, and goody basket!

A microwave would be the absolute icing on the cake, only because we did eat-in a fair bit whilst staying

Lovely, clean and very well equipped little house in a fantastic location for all of the usual tourist attractions. Walking distance to the city centre.
