It was so cosy and lovely. You really felt the love they put in this little house. Small Details like KitKats in the kitchen, water bottle With glasses in the bedroom and good selection of product for hair and body.

Perfect location.Free use if parking permit.Short walk to City centre. Owner let us use our parking permit for few extra hours to allow us to pop back to shops on our last morning. Very much appreciated.

Parking was very tight due to width of street..not the owner’s fault ..just a heads up for anyone with a large car. As mentioned by others a microwave would be appreciated.

"Great stay in lovely house"

The location was excellent, row of shops round the corner with everything you would need, short walking distance to centre. The house was brilliant, & had everything we needed, communication was great with the hosts., we will definitely stay again

"Brilliant place to stay and within the city walls too."

Superb location only 10 minutes walk from York centre. Free on street parking this close to the centre is almost un-heard of. Really nice quiet neighbourhood with one of the best little pubs in York 100m away. The owners have thought of everything. Just perfect.
