The Cleveland

The area was nice, a lovely community garden at the top of the street which was well looked after. The house was comfortable, parking was a bit iffy, if you moved your car you lost your space outside the house. I nice 15-20 minutes walk into York.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain away well, my husband had to shave down stairs at the kitchen sink which isn’t ideal. Cobwebs everywhere. No brush to clean down the outside furniture so we could sit outside.

Nice, well presented with everything we needed. Bedrooms comfortable, bathroom lovely.

The house was situated in a quiet street on the outskirts of York. Easily accessible by taxi and parking permit (supplied) for on the street parking with your own car. It was comfortable, clean and cosy. Brilliant for a short stay.

On street parking not the easiest. Quite busy with parked cars and narrow.

Great well proportioned property in a good location. Lovely community garden opposite and on street parking with permit provided. Loved the fact dogs were welcomed and almost everything we could have wanted was there.

The yard at the back could do with some tlc and the garden furniture needs a wash down.

Nice property great location, only 10 mins walk to York station via the footbridge, warm, clean and comfortable served our purpose, parking easy enough outside property.

Nowhere to hang coats, even though it’s for 4 people, you did only get tableware for 4, so stuck if you want an extra plate for anything.

Lovely home , comfortable beds . Comfortable living room. Had everything you needed. Very close to the town centre .just a short walk to the train station . Communication is great with the owners . I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again .
