It’s exactly as per photos , very clean and cozy . Amazing location and view

This is the ultimate stay in Milos. An old boat hut like you line up to see in Klima. Owners were wonderful and even helped us with our bags. It's a unique place where you can't enter without getting your feet wet. The ultimate.

A great place to really get away from it all, it’s fairly unique in being remote, on the edge of the sea accessed by a steep dirt road - get your groceries at the port, stock up, and enjoy the solitude. Great snorkelling off the pebbly beach with submerged structures forming a reef to explore. Incredible sunsets and falling asleep to the sound of the sea.

We liked the place - nothing we didn’t like - be prepared for getting your feet wet getting to the house!!

We loved our stay at Milos by the Sea. As soon as we tried to relax on the day beds down near the water we realised this gorgeous little boathouse was going to be an experience we hadn't had before. Milos by the Sea is authentic. It has been lovingly restored and you feel as though you are living on a boat. We loved it but maybe not everyone will. You do need a 4x4 to drive there but to see all of Milos you do anyway. We spent 4 nights at Milos by the Sea and it was the highlight of our holiday.

No words! We were on the hunt for somewhere quiet to wind down after a busy few weeks of travelling and this was just perfect. Right on the water it is so beautiful. Tucked away in a quiet area but not too far from the main towns the location is perfect. Maria and Giorgios have thought of every possible thing to make your stay as comfortable as possible from coffee pods to beach towels and jelly sandals for the rocks! Snorkelling masks and a huge hamper and fridge full of drinks and food. As a few reviews have mentioned it is down a windy gravel road, you then have to go down a number of stairs and cross the beach to get to the house. Giorgios met us at check in to help carry our bags down and also at check out to carry them back up. We loved this aspect and made it all the more adventurous and authentic, however if you have accessibility issues or this isn’t for you it maybe something to consider. Very clever use of space making it feel much larger than it is. Amazing! We will definitely be back.

The house is at a secluded small village, tranquil and quiet. The only sound you can hear is the sea waves. Yet expectation management: 1. it is not easy to access but the owner gave us very good support. 2. No air conditioning but totally find with us as the electric fan is very effective.
