The Hideaway Lodge with Hot Tub

The area and plot were. VERY nice

The upstairs room much too small for an adult ...ok for kids...but the stairs were quite steep for little ones .

views, beds comfortable, lodge was clean.

no plastics for the hot tub and we didn’t get any brought to us after letting them know.

location, lodge was lovely and ideally located on site.

no microwave and outside decking could have done with a jet wash. not enough bowls and mugs.

Amazing place

Clean and well equipped

The very close proximity to undressed strangers as their hot tub was right outside our door. Yobbish behaviour of some drunk young people. People on exhibit as they were on their toilets, opposite our breakfast table- they didn't seem to have blinds in their cabins. Loud children, loud music - morning and night, woeful quality of takeaway pizza and strangely dyed water in the pond. A huge volume of emails from your company repeating the same message.

Reasonable accommodation for four adults - excellent meal at the onsite restaurant - good value and good service

the price we paid the lodge was not worth it compared to other lodges the same price was dirty cobwebs the hot tub looked like it had not been checked was scruffy hairs at bottom and sand the bedrooms were not the best hairs all in bed to and no microwave oven very disappointed.
