The local to the town is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The main bedroom is downstairs and has a full bathroom down there as well with a walk in shower so this was good for my dad. The fridge has a small freezer at the top so you can put ice in it and there are lots of cooking facilities. The pool is perfect for cooking off in. The hosts keep in touch via WhatsApp if we needed anything and what to do when we left

The location, for us, was perfect. We wanted something in town but quiet with a short walk to the restaurants and a reasonable walk to the sea (Harbour is 7 minutes, Beach is 13 minutes) - this fitted the bill perfectly. It is tucked away in a little side street, immediately next door to a great tapas restaurant and a local bar just down the way but, at the same time, it is very quiet with no discernable noise from either and little passing traffic. The facilities were great - two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with twin beds and a bedroom with a double. Two large bathrooms with great showers. The lounge area is cozy with a sofa (which I think may be a sofa-bed) dining table and chairs with a smart TV (internet connected). The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and nespresso machine (bring your own "original" pods). Outside in the courtyard there is a plunge pool (great for cooling down) with adjacent table & chairs and an upstairs sun terrace with a couple of sunbeds. The overall look is quite minimalist with polished concrete and stone plus the bare wood mezzanine level. Communication with the Algest agents was great - using Whatsapp to confirm our arrival and meet us with the keys and show us around, sorting out the pool maintenance visit and clean sheets/towels delivery was seamless - very friendly and helpful.

Only one main niggle, and that was the shower (we only used the upstairs one) which started to flood the bathroom due to a blocked trap. We had to remove the trap and clean out a condsiderable amount of hair etc. that had accumulated over time. This has been commented on in previous guest reviews so is obviously a recurring issue that needs to be addressed by the cleaning team.

The location was excellent and the property seemed to be newly developed. The house was very well laid out and equipped. The transfer of keys was seamless.

The property was difficult to locate as there was nothing outside to identity it. There was a coffee machine but no pods. Luckily there was only 2 of us in a 4 person property as there were only 4 towels for showering for the week.
