WESTREACH Filey - a 4 Bedroom, all en-suite sleep 8 Townhouse

Great location, well presented and good quality fittings, clean and well equipped and plenty of room for a multi- generational group to enjoy a holiday together.

Awkward for parking in a residential area, as local residents are obviously limited for parking and multiple holiday makers add to the problem. We did find the use of room diffusers a little overwhelming when we arrived but once we let some air through the house it was fine. As we were cooking meals ourselves rather than eating out the only thing that would have been handy was a set of scales but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall the house is really well equipped including games for rainy days!

Westreach is a fabulous holiday let, home from home, well equipped, clean and finished to a very high standard.

The location was perfect for us as we had an 87 year old Mum with us whose mobility is limited. In the kitchen the equipment was of a high standard and plentiful. The beds were comfortable and the showers were powerful.

The microwave would be better on a work surface rather at ground level.

Spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms and tastefully decorated throughout. The property was spotless, we found parking directly outside the property and the location was close to pubs, the beach and shops. The outside rear of the property was enclosed and safe for dogs to be out.

The property is tastefully decorated and well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to self cater, we especially loved the wine fridge!!

The only downside was the lack of doors to the ensuite’s, this maybe OK for couples but not so much for a group of ladies! (Our whistling is much improved!)

It’s a beautiful home, spacious and clean. Perfect location. Very well equipped even down to toys and games. Four gorgeous bedrooms all with en-suites Perfect for a family break.

The only thing was we couldn’t dispose of our rubbish as the bins were full.

Fabulous house. Great Location. Everything that you needed was available. Good communication with owner prior to our stay. And during our stay. It was just perfect. Highly recommend the house to stay!
