Great space , there was everything you needed in the kitchen, so prepared for everything. Great to have en suites in every room

Location, well equipped, great entertaining house, spacious, great interior design, lots of thought has gone into this property.

There was nothing negative

Great kitchen dining area, perfect for our family get-together. Good central location, close to cosy pubs and supermarket for our winter visit. Easy walking distance to beach.

No doors on en-suites, however after initial surprise not an issue.

House had every thing you could ask for, all good quality, was lovely and roomy. TBH struggling to find fault, it’s got the WOW factor

Bathrooms had no doors

So modern and well decorated, welcoming and homely, lots of hot water for showers and baths, well equipped kitchen with toys and games for the children. such good communication with the owners, lots of information provided. location excellent for the sea front. dog friendly and garden perfect.

The house was so warm and cosy but sometimes too warm, we turned the heating down but it kept reverting to the schedule which was set too high. Not much of a negative especially in the winter but due to us being part of a bigger group we all got quite warm in the communal area.

Immaculate and cosy, beds so comfy, showers excellent. Close to town for pubs and restaurants and also to beach. … and to top it off, next door to Filey’s gin distillery !

Deceptively spacious house with beautiful interior and enclosed garden. All bedrooms had ensuites with great showers and one had a bathtub too. House was very well equipped.
