Fantastic accommodation, credit to the owners. Had everything we needed could not have asked for more. Very professional from welcome pack to visitors book (forgot my pen so didnt write in it) Highly recommend and will definately book this again

The resort was well presented with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere and the cottage perfectly suited our needs as a young family. Great comms from the owner and the information pack was excellent. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Minor points not worth posting but already discussed with the hosts.

Great base for travelling along the beautiful East coast, York and North Yorkshire. The cottage is beautiful, with lovely homely touches, comfortable beds and spacious enough for a family of 4. Shop, swimming and eatery only 2-3 mins walk yet it felt so quiet. Really nice beach especially for kids as long stretching and shallow. We had no problem with pool as no need to book and never full. Great and responsive hosts.

The cottage was perfect and no complaints at all. We went for dinner in on-site pub one night and it took 1.5hrs until our main arrived and food was ok. They were very apologetic and offered to knock money off the bill.
