The location was excellent and very convenient. Gaia was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She was always available when needed and provided great recommendations, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the property is in need of significant maintenance. The toilet flush in one of the villas was barely functioning, and the hot water was very inconsistent during showers. Several appliances were also not working properly, including the kettle/water boiler and the hair dryer. We found the apartment not particularly clean, with a strong smell of humidity throughout. The most concerning issue was that one guest woke up covered in numerous small worms, which was extremely unpleasant and not something guests should experience. Overall, while the host was wonderful, the condition of the property did not meet our expectations.

We had a lovely stay overall and really enjoyed the property. The views were absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our trip. The location was also very convenient, with a bus stop nearby making it easy to get around. We especially appreciated the fresh lemons gifted from the orchard below – such a thoughtful and authentic touch.

There were a couple of maintenance and service issues that impacted our stay. On the first night, the bathroom toilet was making unusual noises, and midway through our stay it stopped flushing altogether. We informed the property manager, who advised that the cleaning lady would come and have a look, but unfortunately nobody attended. As a result, we had to use a bucket of water to manually flush the toilet for the remaining two days of our stay. We also found that the supply of toilet paper was quite limited for a group of five people. We were provided with approximately one and a half rolls, and when we asked for more, we were advised to purchase it ourselves. While this was not a major inconvenience, providing a reasonable amount of basic supplies would certainly make guests feel more comfortable and welcomed.

Die vereinbarte Leistung (insbesondere Check-in Organisation und Parkplatzbereitstellung) wurde nicht vertragsgemäß erbracht. Eine angemessene Lösung vor Ort erfolgte nicht. Sachverhalt: • Vereinbarter Check-in um 14:00 Uhr, tatsächliche Betreuung erst um 17:45 Uhr (ca. 3,5 Stunden Verzögerung) • Gebuchte Parkplätze für 2 Fahrzeuge faktisch nicht nutzbar • Konkrete Abschleppgefahr durch Polizei aufgrund fehlender Parkberechtigung (zweimaliger Polizeieinsatz vor Ort, kurzfristige Wegfahranordnung) • Keine sofortige, sichere und vertraglich zugesicherte Parklösung bei Ankunft • Dadurch faktische Unzumutbarkeit des Aufenthalts • Daher keine Nutzung der Unterkunft und sofortige Abreise
