The beds were comfortable and the location was good

Whenever we used the shower, water leaked through to the downstairs flat, and the resident knocked on the door. We then had plumbers visit on two occasions, after which we were still getting complaints from the resident downstairs. The fire alarm was constantly beeping for two nights, and I had no sleep. The fire alarm was too high for me to reach and I ended up having to borrow a ladder to reach it to take it down even though I had complained about it. There was no towel rail or toilet roll holder in the bathroom.

The location was great

The property itself was disappointing with a distinct smell of mould, old furnishings and almost non exisiting facilities . We were disappointed with the unit and didn’t feel it was truthfully reflected in the way it was photographed - we would not consider renting this property again.

Great communication, location and neighbours. Property was extremely clean on arrival. Very good value.

Bathroom and living room visible water damage and some mold. By the second day place was filled with sm flies
