Great Location near Downtown & Airport

The home itself was beautiful! Each room was clean, fresh, and cozy. The home was easy to find and only about 10 minutes from practically any popular Tampa destination.

I would have loved to have the cleaning requests in advance as we left at 8:00 a.m. and I missed the host's message sent around 9:00 a.m. We also had to purchase washcloths as there were only a couple at the property.

Close to downtown Tampa and the airport

Close to a pretty busy road so traffic noise. Opposite a waste ground and general area a bit run down. Pretty basic accommodation but good value for money.

The property was exceptional value for money. In a very convenient location. It is clear that someone has put a lot of care into this property.

The location on first inspection looked a little scary. However, reading other people’s reviews and looking at what the owner said, I was reassured that the neighbourhood was safe. In terms of cleanliness, I personally am not a fan of throw pillows as I never know if they are washed in between stays and I feel that they have a tendency to be dirty and then put in a clean bed. The covers on the beds may have benefitted from using something like bounce so that they also smelled clean.

The kitchen was not very well stocked with cups, beds were uncomfortable, and the street noise was very loud, you could hear everything going on outside, there was a lot of foot traffic all night long. very loud outside.
