Great Location near Downtown & Airport

It was a beautiful home....

We really enjoyed our stay here and so did our 2 little doggies. The house was very clean & cozy. TV's in the living room and bedrooms and the Wifi was super fast! We ordered out for dinner each evening but for those of you who choose to cook, the kitchen had everything you would need. Full size stove with lots of pots & pans, dishes, silverware and even some cooking spices. Also coffeemaker, toaster, microwave & even paper towels. There is also a full size washer & dryer and even had the laundry detergent there. There is a nice private fenced in backyard which our two little doggies really enjoyed and we spent a lot of time out there with them. The house sits on the corner but noise nor traffic was an issue. The neighborhood seemed safe and the neighbors next door were very nice and would say hello when they saw you which was very nice. You enter the house using a door code which was easy and the host was super nice and was always quick at answering any text.

The price was almost too good to be true for a 3 bedroom house. The house wasn't immaculate but it was well kept on the inside. Had an older grandma's house feeling to it.

The outside was off-putting. It looked very run down, and the neighborhood looked the same. It did not feel like a safe area to stay with a family. Loud noise from the road made it very hard to sleep. The walls felt paper thin. We were sure we heard gun shots at some point of the nighy. The dryer took 3 cycles to dry a load.

The price was amazing for the size of the place. My friends and I were very comfortable we even extended it another night. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will stay there again when back in Tampa. Thanks and Appreciate you opening your Booking to us! :)

When asking for a late check out the guy was kind of short and not willing to work with us. But ended up accommodating anyways.

It was great for the price! Perfect spot for a weekend get away!

There wasn’t much not to like. The only downside would be the fact that there is only one bathroom

+ self check-in, no keys needed + great bed and good sleep + silent area, only one adjacent neighbors (older couple) + large LG TV in living room with capability to play mkv movies from USB key + fast and reliable Wi-Fi and internet + generally well equipped house suitable for long stay + would definitely come again

- neighborhood might look a bit trashy, but in the end all people were nice and most of them greeted me all the way; I also missed some proper supermarket in the area, only convenient stores around with most beverages and food supplies with limited offer of fresh fruit and vegetables
