"Exceptional"

Our trip was unexpectedly extended by one night after we checked out of our hotel. This property was available and was the only one without a ridiculous cleaning fee. I truly appreciate that. Especially since we would only be there to sleep and we clean up after ourselves. The beds were soft. The home is nice. Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

"Concert in Tampa"

Nice spaces, plenty of room for 5 ladies. Loved the art deco vintage bathroom with modern fixtures. Hot water & plenty of it. Beds were comfortable as was living room furniture. Everything as promised . Host responds really quickly and helped us figure out transportation to our concert.

On a corner with some road noise. Played my white noise app and slept fine.

Since we were in Tampa to go to Busch gardens. The location was fantastic. I know Rick's On the River restaurant and it was only two blocks away so we definitely visited for dinner Saturday night. Also ran around Tampa on Sunday and had a late lunch at the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor. The house is very cute and very clean and I will remember this the next time I want to spend a couple days in Tampa
