Location was wonderful. Close to everything we wanted to go to. Cute little neighborhood within a neighborhood.

Sorry to be that person but here goes: KITCHEN: needs to be outfitted with a cutting board and sharper knives. I booked this because it had a kitchen I needed to use. The kitchen chairs are flimsy and one, which has obviously been repaired a number of times, broke again. NOISE: there is no noise mitigation. A neighbor’s dog cried loudly out its 2nd floor window until 3 in the morning. A flat at which we stayed in Bairro Alto in Lisbon had good windows and shutters that kept out the noise of wall to wall people outside of two bars right next to the flat. I know it’s possible. The mattress is hard. But many in PT are.

Getting to the property is a bit tricky and with no car access you need to find the property with luggage in tow and very confusing. After finding very good property all round and central location

the location of the house is closer to the town which is good, but it’s hard to found it at the first time because it’s tugged in a small alley. The kitchen supplies are good for cooking.

I stayed for 3 days but supplies only setup for one night, such as towels and coffee. The mattress is old and not comfortable. The pillows are small and smelled. After I checked in and found out the supply issues, I messaged the host, but they didn’t respond at all. I don’t think this is the way to run the hotel service business. After all, I paid for 3 days without any discounts.

The location is good, the apartment is clean, and the host is responsive to messages and helpful. Overall, everything was fine.

Confy, cosy and quiet.

"Stressful" checkin because we had to announce (and thus rush) a time of arrival (within a 30 minute range) just to find out it was a self-checkin.

The location is great, very close to the city centre. The house is clean, well equipped, everything looked new. The owner was also very helpful.

Very near the center. Clean and cosy apartments. The personnel are very friendly.
