Location was amazing. Didn’t realize it was walk up only with all the luggage., but that traditional Portuguese feel was sensational

The hosts were absoutley amazing. Super helpful and responded very quickly!! The apartment is so cute and in a very nice location. Short to Medium walk to downtown and away from the hustle - so it was nice and quiet at night. We got lost getting there as the address was slightly confusing and 6 elderly neighbors all helped us find the place. Very nice neighborhood! Shower was sooooo hot and nice pressure! Everything was working properly (fridge, microwave, stove, etc) even had ice cube trays! Place was clean and the AC worked great. The place actually looks identical to the pictures.

The bed! Oh man. Me and my husband felt every spring. I woke up one night with a spring in my chest, one in my stomach and one in my knee. I truly felt this was more uncomfortable than sleeping outside in the floor like we used to. If everything else wasn’t amazing…we would have reviewed this a 1 star with just how bad the bed was. We didn’t sleep very well. The couch was a board as well. Very uncomfortable. Only other complaints were there was only two trash bags for a four night stay and four (very very small) rolls of toilet paper.

The property was in a wonderful, central location and incredibly clean. The host was wonderful and kind - always checking in.

The host gave us the code. Location was good. Tv had Netflix.

No shampoo. Terrible pillows. Poor quality bed gave us sore hips. Loose floor laminate near bathroom was annoying and had to move the metal clothes hanger near the bathroom since it rang like a bell every time we stepped on the raised laminate.

Great communication with the staff, they helped us with everything we asked for.

The bed was a little hard, some more storage space for clothes, such as drawers, would be great. We would have also appreciated more towels for a stay of 5 nights.

I loved the style of the property and location

the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors also there are a lot of barking dogs

Very sweet Host, good pick up service, really nice area that is not too touristy
