Nice unit; Nice toilet room and comfortable bidet.

The dryer would not turn off. I sent a message through the Booking.com app for someone to come help. We had a driver coming to pick us up at 9 AM. No one was responding to my message. We ran across the street to the Hotel which manages this airBnB. To our disappointment, the door was locked. There was a sign which gave us three numbers to call in case of emergency. We called all 3 numbers. No answer. Only an answering machine. This was an emergency, and no one picks up. That is very disappointing and concerning. We were about to leave our clothes because we could not stop the dryer. Finally, my family member was able to successfully stop the machine. But it is very concerning that no one is available in case of emergency. The unit was lovely and spacious, particularly the kitche and the toilet rooms. The shower room had mold in the corners and on the ceiling; it did not feel clean.

The location is close to down town and subway station. Easy to find with good instructions.

It was a little tricky to meet up to get the keys and add a payment, but the staff was accomidating and helpful.

the property was clean and nice. Location was pleasant and calm except for the construction work in the house next to us. The wood table was really beautiful and the house decorated very tastefully. The check-in was easy, the lock system was good (much better than having a key!).

The beds were not very comfortable. I think that they could be improved for comfort. The towels provided were very small and only 1 small towel per person for several nights, it was tricky to dry yourself + hair (if you have long hair like I do).

Well equipped kitchen

Clean, full equipped kitchen, perfect location abd quiet neiborhood. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous. Table beautiful. Everything had English labels and explanations. Made it easy to use. Specially a/c and heat. Used both due to crazy weather. Well insulated. Very clean. Better than pictures showed. Bedspreads thick and comfortable. Nice pillows. Kitchen well equipped even though we did not use.

Beds were hard. Even 12 year old complained about it. Only one small couch seats 2-3 people. This rental would be perfect except beds and couple minor things. Just suggestions mind you. I’d swap out that wooden bench in kitchen area and put another small couch. Table is beautiful. I’d swap the chairs for wooden benches because it’s a tight squeeze going in/out with chairs. Also top of stairs should have another handrail. And no place for luggage. Window over looking cemetery has no curtain or shades for privacy.

It’s homey and clean

It’s a bit far. There is no salt, sugar, or pepper or any basic condiments in the pantry.
