Kyobu Higashiyama

Location is great . Jeronimo was amazing - we had many questions and he was very responsive & helpful.

The towels could be bigger . I think some basics like tea, salt & pepper could be provided . Might be challenging for elderly people with upstairs bedrooms as the stairs are very steep . There is one bedroom downstairs.

The house was very clean, equipped with a washer/dryer, and centrally located for our needs. It has more than enough bedrooms to sleep five people. The hosts are very responsive, and understanding.

Beautiful accommodation, excellent location, enough place for large group. We were absolutely satisfied. Good to know that the property is in a narrow street so it is impossible to come with a bigger car, you will have to walk the last few meters and you will not be able to park in front of the house.

Very nice place to stay. Nice house. Everything is neat, beds are comfortable. Very nice new washing machine. Host was really helpful. Close to subway, but mostly we walked.

- Maybe a Nespresso machine would have been nice to have

Great location in the city - within walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions. Checking in was seamless with a door code. The home is clean, and welcoming, and was able to comfortably fit 7 travelers

Home is a bit smaller in person than the photos let on, but still spacious enough to not feel overly crowded

The property is in a quiet part of Kyoto but only a short walk or train ride from all the attractions
