Great location, lovely inn with lots of space, great amenities and all fitting for a traditional stay in Kyoto. Very suitable for parties of 6 or even couples. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and supportive.

Its still a traditional inn, expect thin walls were everyone can hear you and you can hear everyone, however we were lucky during our stay.

"Refreshing escape and down time."

Location was quiet street - one street over from the subway. Perfect. 10 - 15 minute walk to Gion, shopping areas, Museum of Modern art.many temples nd shrines. 3 completely separate sleeping area - 1 on main floor nd two in loft. A/C was wonderful. Bath nd private patio was heavenly. Spacious. Welcoming. Lovely. Main floor and one upstaurs room s tatami while3rd bedroom is a set of twin beds.

Nothing. I thought it was a wonderful experience.
