Sailor's House - Holiday's House

Good location, well endowed kitchen (including with ants but this is another story :D). We also had a free transfer from the airport that was the best deal of this acquisition, as the car driver was very kind and waited us even the flight had more than two hours delay

The rooms weren't clean, we had clean bed linen but the floors weren't swept (or this is how they looked like). There were many ants in the kitchen so we needed to put al the food in the fridge. All the doors (from the rooms and the bathrooms) had smaller or bigger damages. The bathroom for the first floor had two doors but any of them couldn't be closed in a proper way. In the second floor bedrooms we needed to put chairs to keep the doors closed. The bathroom from the ground-floor is built under the stairs so is very small and uncomfortable. Also the the shower water has very low pressure and the hot water is not enough for 5 persons (after 2 showers the other should wait about half an hour to get hot water again). The smell is like other guests wrote: bad and persistent. I chose the ground floor bedroom and I wasn't ale to open the window because I am not very tall and I ased a colleague to help me every time. The landscape from the window is not very attractive but I needed fresh air... The whole property reveals the only concern of the owner for the profit, not for the comfort of the guests. This is understandable as Porto is one of the most visited city in Europe but I on't know how sustainable is for a long term.
