Ruhige Lage in Wohngebiet, zum Meer ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß, zum Strand 20 Min., Geräumige Wohnung, große Terrasse, alles sehr sauber, Garten mit Gartenmöbeln vorhanden, ein großer Pool schloss am 10.10., Avila mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca, 10 Min. mit dem Auto, freundliche Vermieter (sie wohnen auch im Haus).

"emplacement idéal pour rayonner et visiter les alentours! la piscine est incroyable!"

Idéal pour rayonner entre Syracuse et Noto et proche de la plage d'Avola, l'appartement était au dessus de l'habitation de la Propriétaire qui était très discrète et très disponible. Le logement était très agréable, silencieux, et la grande piscine était un plus! Je recommande donc!

RAS! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés! ;-)

Bel mono locale a due passi dalla piscina. La stanza è organizzata bene con tutti i comfort. Bella la veranda che si affaccia sulla piscina.
