Τα κρεβάτια ετριζαν

Φεύγουμε με τις καλύτερες αναμνήσεις από αυτό το κατάλυμα. Αυτό που θα μας μείνει αξέχαστο είναι η μαγευτική θέα, είτε το πρωί είτε το απόγευμα, έχεις πιάτο όλο το Βαθύ. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο (με 2 μπανια παρακαλώ, για 5μελης οικογένεια ήταν ότι πρέπει) και φουλ εξοπλισμένο, κουζινικα, πλυντήριο κ ότι άλλο μπορείς να φανταστείς. Το αποκορύφωμα βέβαια για μένα ήταν το BBQ με θέα (παρεμπιπτόντως το τιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα, γιατί για να φας στην Ιθακη έξω σε ταβερνα 5 άτομα θες μια περιουσία).Τέλος, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην κα. Μαριεττα που φροντίζει το σπιτι, που με την καλοσύνη κ την προθημια της μας σκλαβωσε! Υ.Γ. Στα συν κ ο παιχνιδιαρης γατουλης!!

Probably the best view of Vathy and one of the most welcomed hospitalities. The owner gave us eggs from their own chickens and homemade marmalade too. The apartment was really spacious and with everything needed.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Marika, slight hiccup on arrival which was dealt with beautifully, the property is large, comfortable, ideally located for staying in Vathy. There is a communal BBQ area that we hadn't realised when we booked but you have enough private space for this not to be a problem. I slept like a log here, the beds were fab, a real home from home and we loved seeing the owner for a little chat. It is an authentically Greek place so perhaps the bathrooms feel a little dated but they do exactly what they need to do. Aircon worked well, kitchen was nicely full of every utensil condiment that you need & always a bonus to have a coffee machine. Parking underneath if needed. Honestly a great place to stay for 2 couples. Loved the peace of the sunrises.

The house was beautiful. Elegantly furnished, comfortable, convenient. The lady we met on the first day, who cleans the house, was very kind. The man who came to meet us shortly after arrival, Nectarios, was also really nice. They were both helpful and happy to answer any questions. The young lady came back to empty bins, change sheets, towels etc (if we required, which we didn't) after two nights. She also watered flower pots etc. We were at most a ten minute stroll from the village. It was wonderful to sit outside on the terrace, soaking in the view, or having lunch. It was equally lovely to lounge on one of the four sofas reading a book or chatting. In essence, a very comfortable house with an absolutely breathtaking view - one of the most beautiful I've ever had in any place I stayed.

Can't think of a thing. It was as close to perfect as we could wish.

Advert said bikes available free but there was only 1 bike. Overpowering scent in rooms especially towels and bed linen
