Eco Breeze - Unawatuna

Very kind hosts and superb cottage. Very quiet and relaxing. A beautiful place

We stayed here only one night. The bed was very comfortable, place was clean. If you are outdoorsy person, you will definitely like this place. There is a gas cooker (on the porch)...we used it, it's good. there is also washing machine in the bathroom (we didn't use it). There is hot water. There was a fridge. Place is near the beach and the main road, but it's still tucked in the wood. unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we couldn't enjoy in the place more. There is mosquito net over the bed, very useful. They also gave us mosquito coils. One side is all in glass doors, so there's a nice view on the greenery outside. Two windows don't have glass, nor netting on it, only roller blinds..so you will definitely need something for mosquitoes. Our kid loved the place because it had hammock and a swing.

Ce logement était super agréable ! Merci aux hôtes qui ont été adorables. Ils nous donnaient des spirales anti moustiques le soir. C’est une cabane deux chambres avec salle de bain à moitié dehors. C’était très agréable de se réveiller dans la forêt le matin. Les matelas et oreillers sont confortables. En plus, ils ont un petit chien adorable. Merci beaucoup 🥰

Nice and cosy 2 floor house. Big terrace. Small kitchen outside. Far from the street noise. Very good communication with owner. Very friendly and helpful staff.

To use the toilet or shower you need to go out kind of. It’s connected with the house, but outside. It needs deep cleaning or renovation in my opinion. A lot of mosquitoes and other small insects, but staff gave me all equipment to fight with them.

Very nice location in the middle of nature (jungle-like) with a lot of animals (monkeys, peacocks, tons of birds) around. Good walking distance to the beach. Large windows allow you to always have a glance outside. Nicely built with a lot of wood. Private “kitchen” and washing mashine, nice outside shower.

The cottage is somewhat run down. The furniture needs some renovation and care, there are spots of mould at the table and some pieces almost fall apart. Also the kitchen utensils would need some attention. But still: it’s a great experience to spend some time here.

Loved the place! Beautiful cabanas with exquisite bathrooms integrated with nature. Booked two cabanas for 5 people and it was great for everyone.

Just had one issue, parking was risky because of the coconut trees so we had to park a bit far away from the cabana. It was still in the property but I would've preferred if we parked closer.

The location is good,, and the accommodation is like of cabin. The host was friendly and very helpful. The place itself is comfortable, equipped with fans, fridge and cozy beds. It features two floors with a balcony with a view to the forest. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The amenities are nothing extraordinary, and there is a lack of a trash bin.
