"Well equipped and great value"

Brilliantly equipped apartment with an excellent kitchen. Very cosy and we felt right at home. Location was fab, right in the centre of town, and very easy to check in. Super comfy beds and, overall, a great stay and good value for money.

The main bedroom is noisy with a window onto the main street right by your head. Street noise woke us both nights and mornings. We were very cold on the first night, job number 1 on arrival is definitely 'switch heating to manual and turn up from 17!'

Beautifully arranged ground floor apartment, perfect for short stay. Free parking in market town with good pubs. Warm, modern, cosy

Low beams where tall son hit his head! Nothing else to say. More jigsaws please

"Great place to stay hope to return"

Best equipped property I have ever stayed in. Located up an alley in the centre of Alston so very convenient with free parking opposite.Very comfortable and cosy.

Only downside is that it seems to be a converted cellar so short on windows. The second bedroom has no window at all but we were advised of this on booking.
