house is very comfortable, clean and luxury. View from window is amazing. There is everything you need in house like espresso machine. Sam is very friendly

Otel location is a little away from the centre. If you dont have car, it is hard to stay there. But you can use buses.

Everything was amazing

Gerrys Bar is this perfectly placed space where you can get all your needs met. Aperol spritz sorted. Lottery tickets... no problem! Bus tickets... easy peasy. Gerry feels like that helpful funny uncle who knows everyone and how everything operates. As a single female traveller, I felt safe and sorted. Gerry helped with all the nitty gritty and his wife made delicious meals. Going to Postitino, Amalfi or path of the God's was easy from Pogerola. It was nice to come back to a "community feel"

Pogerola is a short bus ride to Amalfi. At Amalfi you can get most connecting busses. The only downside is timing of the busses, so alittle pre planning is advised. You can walk downhill some steps for 30mins if you need. The water in the shower wasn't always hot, however the entire place had heating in each room.

Even though we stayed there in the off-season (january) with the coldest days of the year, we very much enjoyed our stay! The cosy house has everything you need, a hygienic bathroom, cosy rooms with smart-TV, and a nice view everytime you look out the window or sit outside on the terrasse. We especially liked the service. A warm welcome at the local pub, with a Prosecco, and the owner who is almost 24/7 available via Whatsapp for any questions. He helped us, not only with recommendations for restaurants, but also with public transport and even a lift when public transport was unreliable because of the off-season. We are very grateful and more than happy to share this experience and let others find out as well, we absolutely recommend this stay.

An only downside is the distance from Amalfi itself, but upside to that once again is free parking nearby, and if you go in the travelling season, busses fare more frequently. The public transport is actually very useful, only less reliable in the off-season, just a little thing to keep in mind.

The owner was very nice. The house looks much better than in the pictures. A lot of light and fresh air in the property. Very clean, and you can find everything you’ve can imagine. I wish we could spend more time there. There is a bus just in front of the house to the center of Amalfi. There is also place for the car very close to the property. The balcony and the view are amazing. Thanks for everything!

A lot of stairs to get to the place from the street, but it worth it.

Rino was very kind and waited for us when our train and then bus were both delayed arriving in Amalfi. He stayed hours past when we'd initially thought we'd meet him. When he showed us the house it was all newly remodeled, and there were plenty of snacks for breakfast, fruit, and drinks welcoming us in the kitchen (even milk for our morning coffee!). We loved the view from everywhere in the house, from the gorgeous terrace outside to the windows inside. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was lovely to relax in after a long day exploring the Amalfi Coast.

We had a minor issue with ants in the kitchen, even though we had not left any food out. They seemed to be coming from a particular spot and stayed in that area, so we just made sure to be careful about throwing food away and not leaving crumbs. Otherwise everything was very clean and comfortable.

It was brand new. Everything is refurbished.

70-80 steps to go up. But its worth it.

i only have great things to say! I was surprised to find out that the place had been renovated so the pictures had not been updated. we were the first guest since the renovation so the owners gifted us with some treats to celebrate. the house is modern and has a great view over Pogerola, I recommend having a breakfast at the terrace. the location is excellent. there is a bus stop right outside the house that takes you to amalfi within 15-20 minutes. make sure to buy bus tickets from Rino beforehand. the owners were super friendly and helpful. the owners have a restaurant that is worth visiting (also with a great view)
