GBLovely little quirky cottage, great location, most things you needed, xomfy lounge
Most significant issue is the mattress, some sort of memory foam that is badly warped and lumpy and extremely uncomfortabla, needs replacing, poor backs and sleep all round. Also, not a lot of info in the handbook, no instructions or logs for the fire only coal, no dishwasher tablets

Was over 3 floors not really suitable for me. Was never able to park outside in fact other cars parked right outside door.

Could do with a WC on the ground floor. Its a bit of a climb to the 2nd floor.

SELocation was perfect for exploring Cumbria and the Pennines. Picturesque town. Quaint cottage in a traditional style. Fully equipped. Washing machine and dryer perfect for a longer stay. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Comfortable. Most household supplies provided. Attention to detail appreciated.
Steep stairs and toilet and bathroom on top floor.
GBBeautiful place. A long drive up hill in England's highest village. Centrally located. Perfect for the dog, inpite of having no garden. It''s just minutes from the pennine way, so we were very happy with the walks. There is a wholefood shop, cafe that takes dogs (top of the hill), supermarket and petrol station with huge spar. There are town loos too. The house has under floor heating, switch left of the cooker..... and the washer and tumble dryer are in a separate room so not noisy while eating. The kitchen had everything I needed including a cafetiere. There were even towels for grubby wet dogs! The keysafe was really easy. There is a shower with gels and shampoos. The bed was a bit soft for me but comfortable nevertheless.. WiFi was great for Netflix. I spent most of the time in the kitchen, but the lounge looked lovely and had a real fire wood burner, but you are asked to clean it out (coal outside front door in coal shed). I highly recommend and would definitely come again.
