18, Waterside park, Fernly Holiday Home

Beautiful and family friendly site. The villa was immaculately clean and well equipped with all the basics needed for a holiday. Received all the information we needed in plenty of time for our stay. The facilities on site were lovely, fab little pool and mini arcade for the kids, with family entertainment at the on site restaurant. Would very much recommend, brilliant value for money and ideal location for dog walking and local attractions. Lovely pub and takeaway just minutes away... it had everything we needed!

Everything was great!

Communication with our host (John) was excellent. He sent us an information pack with all the necessary details. We arrived early but were allowed to go in before the allotted time, that was really appreciated ☺️ Having been before, we knew what to expect. The property has been upgraded. There were more pots and pans, very handy when you want to self cater. Very handy to have a proper fridge and freezer rather than a little ice box. We didn’t use the washing machine but I’m sure some would. The keyless door entry was much better and felt secure. The site was quiet and the grounds well looked after. The clubhouse and pool were a plus. We enjoyed our game of bingo (we booked our seats as it’s very popular 🥳) We would definitely recommend no 18.

Everything was perfect,very clean and very organised in the respect of giving information to make our arrival,and stay easy. Great site and good location.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If there was any negative feedback at all it would be to mention there wasn't a socket to plug in the electric toothbrush(shaving charger type) but this is not a moan and was easily overcome by using an ordinary toothbrush 😊

Clean and comfortable, close to where we needed to be,

The property was exactly what we needed it to be. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was lovely and clean. We stayed as a family and everyone was comfortable even with a baby it was a home from home vibe. It's a very quiet place to stay but having the pool was excellent especially for the kids. It's the perfect location if you're looking for a quiet break but would need a car for going to the nearby seaside towns or theme park. The local Chinese takeaway was very nice so if you don't fancy cooking there are other options including a pub. The hosts made everything simple by sending the key code and WiFi code. Any questions were answered promptly and were very helpful.
