"Great stay in north Wales"

Staff is approachable and friendly, location is excellent, surrounding views are amazing, house is spacious, kitchen is well equipped and the price is good. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the house.

Most of bathrooms have no windows or natural light. I stayed in the middle room upstairs. When I first used the toilet/bathroom, I found the toilet wasnā€™t very clean - some marks up and down (I just used a thick layer of toilet papers wiping away the issues), also the seat of the toilet was very loose which moved left/right side after using it. Some visible marks on the bed sheet too.

the house was perfect. itā€™s absolutely spotlessly clean and the layout great. spacious lounge with big tv, bedrooms with lovely views. itā€™s a hidden gem away from towns.

Location is stunning - quiet, tranquil and back to nature.... (see photos) Property is set to a very high standard, everything you need is there.... Beds comfy, property spotless and truly felt like a home from home..... The Alpacas in the field next door were an unexpected and delightful treat.... Alison (owner/host) could not have been more helpful, and if they ever want to sell this place, we'll buy it !!

Lovely secluded location but a perfect central hub for us to get to all the locations we wanted to visit during our stay. spacious, clean, modern and characterful.

No fault of the owners but the driveway up to the property is very steep. Be cautious in wet/icy conditions.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Clean property that is so modern and suitable for all age ranges. Added extras of tea and coffee provided. Place included dishwasher and washing machine. Would definitely recommend this amazing property.
